Removing the fried products and keeping them aside for cooling

Preparing the sugar syrup by boiling the sugar and water in the prescribed proportion to the desired consistency

Soaking the products in sugar syrup, if required

Applying the silver foils and other ingredients to make the product more presentable

Developing new recipes for sweets
