Job Description
- Give constant direction to bd team members to ensure all members are working accordingly
- Observe the performance of bd team members to identify their strengths and weakness and make arrangements accordingly
- Provide training and assistance to bd team members who are having trouble at work
- Serve as an intermediary between the organization and the bd team to ensure smooth communication
- Always be up-to-date on the recent Problems/bugs/banning and follow up if found necessary 6– Keep accurate online records and reports of customer service on a daily basis which consists of (Ban record- System problems – daily work record)
- BD teamwork planning
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Very good in English
- Showcase good leadership skills to carry the team members along
- Excellent personality & communication skills with both colleagues and bd members
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in the bd field for more than 1 year
