Give constant direction to bd team members to ensure all members are working accordingly
Observe the performance of bd team members to identify their strengths and weakness and make arrangements accordingly
Provide training and assistance to bd team members who are having trouble at work
Serve as an intermediary between the organization and the bd team to ensure smooth communication
Always be up-to-date on the recent Problems/bugs/banning and follow up if found necessary 6– Keep accurate online records and reports of customer service on a daily basis which consists of (Ban record- System problems – daily work record)

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Very good in English
Showcase good leadership skills to carry the team members along
Excellent personality & communication skills with both colleagues and bd members
