Job Description
- Checking and rectifying all the kitchen equipments of the property which reflects on the standard of the Hotel.
- Ensure all the portable appliances are PAT tested as per the FLS matrix.
- Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA’s and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
- Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.
- Good all round skills / high standard.
- To maintain the work area safe and tidy conditions.
- Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department Policies, Process and Procedures.
- Basics of engineering drawings.
- Ensure that the par level of all kitchen items are been maintained in the stores.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
