Main Tasks and responsibilities:
- Oversee global recruitment processes end-to-end within the timetables frame and deadlines: from position approval, and profile definition, sourcing, scanning CVs and managing the candidate pipeline (including conducting phone interviews, team (Video calls) interviews when it's required, .)
- Maintain interfaces with global hiring managers and support them during the recruiting process with process status and updates.
- Maintain the global recruitment policy and processes. Guide the Global team on the recruitment process and policy and changes.
- Liaise with the management to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes.
- Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents etc.
- Define sourcing strategy per open position and develop a network within the medical industry.
- Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time-off requests.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Pre Find clients and foster long-term relationships
- Understand client requirements
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising).
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Source candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening.
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions.
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment processes end-to-end, including interviews, recruitment system maintenance, sourcing (including social media), recruitment KPIs management, and analysis of the recruitment data.
- High level of control in the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellence in control of office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, reports management, and recruiting system.
- Experience in global recruitment processes & being part of global HR teams and projects- an advantage. Specifically, the US and European markets.
- Result-driven, agile, and can-do approach.
- Team player and self-motivated to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in the medical field is a plus.
