Job Description
- These agents usually work in thebaggageclaim area of the airlines airport office and spend most of their time assisting passengers with delayed, lost, or damagedluggage.
- Baggageagents are responsible for filling out forms related to lost, damaged, or unclaimedbaggage, and operating the computer system used for trackingbaggage.
- Many airports use a bar-code scanning device to feedbaggageidentification information into the computer.
- Thebaggageagents job is crucial to ensuring thatluggagereaches the correct destination on time, preferably in sync with its owner.
Requirements
Airport Operations.Other : 3+ Years 12 Years schooling or equivalent: Proficiency in spoken and written English. Should have had 2 years experience in a customer service role.
