Managing the logistics and operations of the implementation of Oasis Accelerator Programs;
Creating and managing on ground programs training & mentoring calendars;
Monitoring and evaluating the training & mentorship sessions with the support of Oasis Accelerator Programs Manager;
Coordinating the dissemination of training and mentoring related news with Oasis communications team to highlight Oasis entrepreneurs, trainers, mentors, and network to be acknowledged on Oasis Accelerator various communications channels;
Networking & Communications :
Researching, outreaching and establishing a relationship with a pool of Mentors and trainers to engage them in providing the needed capacity building services to Oasis programs;
Developing strategies to maintain Oasis’s pool of mentors & trainers active and engaged;
Assisting the Oasis Accelerator Programs Manager in building strategic partnerships with other supporting entities in the Egyptian ecosystem supporting entrepreneurship;
Assisting in organizing community building initiatives and maintaining platforms for collaboration between Oasis’s entrepreneurs, trainers, mentors etc. (online and offline);
Networking and attending relevant session/events by community partners that are relevant to entrepreneurship and business development;
General Resources Mobilization:
Updating and maintaining the Oasis Accelerator database and CRM updated with all the needed data.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or entrepreneurship or a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating training programs
Previous experience in the field of entrepreneurship and business support
Entrepreneurial empathy, excellent time management skills, analytical and organizational skills
A high level of communication skills, and the ability to initiate and maintain business relationships with other individual professionals and organizations creating a diverse network.
