Post required jobs in all available recruitment channels and open new recruitment channels.to improve the recruitment process.
Manage all interviews process starting by screening, scheduling interviews, attending, and booking the final round of interviews with the top management.
Prepare, modify and review the job offers and target letters for the new hires after reviewing them with the top management
Follow up with the accepted candidate’s hiring documents
Responsible for the coordination and execution of the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain an updated candidate database for future open positions
Job Requirements
From 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience in the Facility Management field is a must.
