Organizing outgoing and incoming calls to and from the institution
Acting on behalf of the Human Resources Manager in receiving reports, responding to emails and making advertisements
Maintaining the general appearance of the reception desk in terms of cleanliness and arrangement -
Coordinating the recruitment interview schedule and organizing interviews for the Human Resources Director Receiving letters from abroad and delivering them to the concerned employee
Receiving and making phone calls to the senior management office and indexing phone numbers and addresses
Organizing and indexing incoming internal reports related to customer visits and interviews, and presenting them to the Human Resources Manager
Job Requirements
High qualification Experience of not less than 3 years Excellent in computer software
