Requirements:
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of bulk overseas hiring of manpower services.
Sales with international regions like Europe, Asia, and Africa. Must have skills in International Vendor Management and strong connections to be approached.
The target industries to tie up will be construction, Retail (Food & Fashion), F&B, Security, Aviation, Ground staff, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance etc.
Description
Marketing & Business Development of recruitment services.
Cold calling, Planning meetings making new clients and dealing with the existing ones.Coordination with the entire GCC, Asia and Africa region.
Account management (Internal & external)
Generating and Maintaining databases; preparing reports.
Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; social media, newsletters etc.
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts
Must have the knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS office.
Travelling to international / local locations as per business needs.
Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new service information, relaying customer services requests.
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in recruitment services fairs and exhibitions.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
