Job Description
- The FETA Program provides an opportunity for very hardworking women to develop engineering and technical expertise, while learning from and networking with leaders and professionals throughout our organization.
- The most meaningful characteristic is to arrive with the desire to learn so you can build skills for your personal skills’ toolbox.
- FETA is specifically crafted as a 2-3 year rotational program where you’ll receive both the hands-on and soft-skills training that will help you advance your career at Air Products.
- Through the rotations you will develop your engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of your interests and strengths.
- The rotations will be in different engineering and / or technical areas, and different company locations.
- Potential areas for mechanical engineers can include but are not limited to, engineering, project management, project controls, construction, and supply chain.
