Business Administrator

Job Description

• You will contribute in the creation and management of business plans
• You will be responsible for invoicing, contracting, proposals and similar documents/business processes
• You will create marketing plans, content and material
• You manage purchasing and provisioning of materials, supplies and services
• You will be responsible for the quality of the premises and work environment
• You will maintain basic accounting records for the division
• You will manage the hiring process and basic HR aspects of the division employees

• Experience in business administration (admin, operations, accounting, HR, marketing … etc)
• Excellent command of document creations tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint or similar)
• Excellent command of English and Arabic language written and spoken
• Skilled in writing presentable content and documents
