Contribute in establishing the guidelines for Assessments to identify Talent both for selection and development purposes.
Develop the Assessment Matrix with competencies levels and tools required to be administered across job families.
Develop, maintain and source materials for Assessment Center Library to ensure availability of right kits to assess ability, competence, and personality for key roles.
Plan and prepare a quarterly schedule of assessments to include observers, room bookings, and stationery materials.
Conduct feedback sessions with the participants of the development centers along with HR and their managers to discuss the report and arrive at a clear development path for the participant to pursue.
Consolidate and maintain the inventory of reports and ensure the database is actively managed for future reference in the event the participant is re-nominated for an assessment.
Keep abreast of new tools available and conduct market intelligence to report how other companies have structured their assessment practices.
Job Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree Psychology.
Minimum 1 year experience, Preferred in Clinical experience
Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Should be able to communicate effectively and have effective coaching skills.
Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams.
