Job Description:
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Excellent ticket system queue management.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Update ticket data and produce activity reports
- Walk both local and remote customers through problem solving process
- Windows OS Management and BYOD Management within Microsoft InTune
- Administration of Office 365 Applications
- Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems, goals and procedures.
- Provide creative, effective solutions and recommend procedures and resources to enhance efficiency, productivity, and end user satisfaction.
The intern will learn:
- New devices setup
- Win 10, 11 upgrades
- Azure Join
- MDM ( Mobile device management )
- Setup portable devices
- Managing SharePoint online lists and libraries.
- Power Apps.
