Operations Executive (Equipment Control)

Job Description

• Manage stock updates on ERP in all locations.
• Manage relationships with container depots/terminals and third-party truckers.
• Follow up on physical locations of all operated containers.
• Maintain live view on container stocks in all locations using EDI.
• Report overdue containers in all ports and communicate it to respective teams.
• Execute customer withdraw/release plans to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Manage and follow up on trucker performance and Letter of Guarantee violations.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Solid background in mathematics, data analysis and modeling.
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Engineering is preferably)
