Job Description
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms to the concerned parties
- Assist in the preparation of regularly Sales team visits scheduled reports
- Dealing with retail sales team in order to know the accomplishment of target achievement & the required action plan to achieve the target.
- Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Audit on Stores Look & Feel, staff appearance, process implementing on the daily operation
- Handle vendor relations, transactions & reports

• Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in same role
• Education: Bachelor degree
• Very Good in English
• M.S office & Visio
