Retail Admin Executive

Job Description

• Arranging both internal and external events
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms to the concerned parties
• Assist in the preparation of regularly Sales team visits scheduled reports
• Dealing with retail sales team in order to know the accomplishment of target achievement & the required action plan to achieve the target.
• Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Audit on Stores Look & Feel, staff appearance, process implementing on the daily operation
• Handle vendor relations, transactions & reports

• Age (Years): Mix 35 Yrs
• Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in same role
• Education: Bachelor degree
• Very Good in English
• M.S office & Visio
