Responsibilities:

- Greeting and directing visitors and clients.
- Handling phone calls and emails redirecting them as necessary.
- Drafting and sending official letters and correspondence.
- Communicating with suppliers and clients as required.
- Preparing reports presentations and other documents.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records for easy accessibility.
- Monitoring tasks and projects ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinating between different departments for effective communication.
- Assisting in invoicing and financial documents preparation.
- Tracking expenses and ensuring financial records are up to date.
- Conducting preliminary research and compiling necessary information for senior management.
- Analyzing data and information providing recommendations based on findings.
- Coordinating with the IT team to ensure efficient operation of systems and devices.
- Providing initial support for technical issues employees may encounter.
- Arranging travel and transportation for senior management.
- Supervising accommodation arrangements and ensuring all logistical needs are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
