Taameer Real Estate is a leading company in Real Estate dedicated to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Secretary to provide highlevel administrative support to our senior management team. This position is open to Arabic nationals who possess a strong organizational and communication skill set and who can contribute to our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Arabic and English a high level of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive schedules meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handle and prioritize incoming calls emails and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit reports presentations and other business documents
  • Maintain an organized filing system ensuring easy access to key documents and information
  • Coordinate meetings conferences and events for the management team
  • Take minutes at meetings and ensure accurate records are kept
  • Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring that the office runs smoothly
  • Draft and send routine communications and business correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts reports and other documents
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by executives

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and proactively
  • Strong time management and problemsolving abilities
  • A bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)


Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and proactively Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Education

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
