We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Guest Relations Agent to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Guest Relations Agent you will be the primary point of contact for our guests ensuring their stay is comfortable enjoyable and memorable. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival assisting with checkin procedures and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and professionally ensuring timely resolution and followup
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests such as room service housekeeping or maintenance
- Manage VIP guest experiences including personalized greetings room preparations and special arrangements
- Conduct daily guest satisfaction checks and compile feedback reports for management review
- Assist with guest checkout procedures and gather feedback on their stay
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management system
- Organize and coordinate special events or activities for guests such as birthday celebrations or anniversary surprises
- Provide concierge services including restaurant reservations transportation arrangements and local recommendations
- Stay informed about hotel policies services and local area information to address guest questions effectively
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance guest service skills and knowledge
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations hospitality or customer service
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel management software (e.g. Opera Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
- Knowledge of local customs attractions and services in Jeddah and surrounding areas
- Experience in luxury hospitality settings is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
