Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to all guests in a timely manner ensure followup with attention to detail.
- Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and organization skills required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- A high level of both Spanish and English spoken and written is essential.
