الوصف الوظيفي

We are seeking a hightalented procurement specialist to join our team and oversee the sourcing negotiation and purchasing of swimming pools equipment and supplies this role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with different suppliers ensuring costeffective and optimising inventory levels to meet customers demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers of swimming pool equipment including pumps filters heaters lighting automation systems and accessories.

Managing the endtoend procurement process and ensuring timely delivery and costeffective purchasing strategies.

Analysing market trends and product innovations to source the best materials and supplies.

Developing and maintain good relationships with suppliers manufacturers and distributors.

Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Monitoring and resolving suppliers issues ensuring quality standards and assisting in pricing strategies.

Requirements

Experience: 8 years in procurement preferably in swimming pools industry.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

Strong knowledge and understanding of swimming pools equipment brands and suppliers.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Benefits

Benefits : As per Kuwait Labour law.

Salary : 450 600 KD
