The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify target and engage Tier 1 suppliers and OE Ms to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute gotomarket strategies for embedded software solutions and services.
- Research industry trends customer pain points and emerging technologies to position the company effectively.
- Build strategic partnerships with decisionmakers in R&D software engineering procurement and innovation teams
Account Management
- Own the endtoend sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Develop tailored presentations proposals and technical pitches that align with customer needs and industry standards.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
Product Marketing & Positioning:
- Promote the company s existing software solutions and services to the right audience.
- Work with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Represent the company at industry conferences exhibitions and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
- Develop marketing materials case studies and white papers to highlight expertise.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends in AUTOSAR cybersecurity functional safety AI in embedded systems and softwaredefined vehicles.
- Analyze competitors offerings and identify unique value propositions for differentiation.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decisionmaking and new service development.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing IT or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (35 years) in software sales business development or a related role.
- Strong technical background in the software industry Embedded software in automotive is a plus.
