This is a remote position.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Assist with hotel flight and activity bookings modifications and cancellations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements
At least 1 year in a customerfacing role.
B2 level or above in Italian and English.
Rotational shifts (7 AM 10 PM Cairo time) including weekends and public holidays.
2+ years of experience in the same field. Bachelor's degree in tourism or equivalent. From 30 to 35 years has an experience in Amadeus program. Males only hotels and tourism countries knowledge experience in tourism and aviation sites. Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role. Language: B2 level or above in Italian and English. Work Conditions: Rotational shifts (7 AM 10 PM Cairo time), including weekends and public holidays.
