Email Marketing Executive (CRM Executive)

Responsibilities:

• Builds and manages email campaigns
• Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
• Code and design various email templates
• Increase email subscriptions
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
• Develop and execute integrated, strategic lifecycle programs, that drives user engagement and retention
• Manage and optimize User communications channels tools (e.g. Push, in-app / SMS / Email) to enable the efficient and effective delivery of communications to targeted audiences
• Automate communication through CRM tools and work with products team to configure triggers
• Conduct A/B & experiment tests to optimize campaign engagement using variations of trigger, content, and frequency
• Analyze campaigns to increase engagement and conversion, ongoing optimization.
• Support Marketing initiatives to achieve engagement and CRM Excellence in markets
• Develop and execute the seasonal calendar campaigns across all CRM channels
• Work closely with the Data, Product, creative, and marketing teams
• Create regular reports on campaigns, lifecycle program performance
• Content responsibilities include assisting in uploading content and creating collections and app content

Job Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Solid HTML & CSS experience
• Experience in email marketing
• Experience in using CRM & email marketing tools
• Strong English & Arabic copywriting skills
• Strong Analytics skills
• Experience in optimizing campaigns
