remote Position: Customer Sales Representative (Remote) Company: Freelancerprox Location: Jubail Saudi Arabia (Remote) Contract Details: Fulltime remote Freelancerprox is a leading provider of remote services and solutions connecting businesses with topquality freelancers from around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Jubail Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Sales Representative you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients promoting our services and driving sales. This is a remote position so you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling Conduct market research and stay uptodate with industry trends to identify potential clients and understand their needs Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system Requirements: Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field Proven experience in sales preferably in a remote or freelance environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Fluent in English both written and verbal Knowledge of the freelance industry and remote work is a plus We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely Training and development opportunities A dynamic and international work environment The chance to be a part of a fastgrowing company and make a real impact If you are a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and customer service we would love to hear from you.
