1. Engineering Deliverables Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Owners Engineer (OE) and other project stakeholders including the EPC contractor design consultants and regulatory bodies to manage the review and approval of engineering deliverables.
- Track the submission review and approval process for all engineering deliverables including designs drawings specifications and reports.
- Ensure timely dissemination of deliverables to relevant parties keeping all stakeholders informed about the status and schedule of submissions.
2. Schedule Management
- Develop and maintain a detailed schedule for engineering deliverable reviews approvals and submissions.
- Coordinate with the OE and EPC teams to ensure that the deliverables are aligned with the project timeline and milestones.
- Monitor progress and flag potential delays working with stakeholders to mitigate schedule risks.
3. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Organize regular meetings (weekly biweekly monthly) with the OE EPC contractor and other stakeholders to review the status of engineering deliverables and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes action items and followup on resolutions to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to manage information flow among all project participants.
4. Documentation and Quality Control
- Ensure that all engineering deliverables are reviewed and approved according to the projects quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all submissions approvals revisions and correspondences related to engineering deliverables.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to verify the accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
5. Risk Management
- Identify potential risks related to the review and approval of engineering deliverables including delays quality issues and compliance concerns.
- Work with the OE and project management team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a risk register and track the resolution of issues related to engineering deliverables.
6. Change Management
- Assist in managing changes to engineering deliverables ensuring that any changes are properly documented communicated and approved according to the projects change management procedures.
- Track and report the impact of changes on project scope schedule and budget.
7. Reporting
- Prepare regular progress reports on the status of engineering deliverables highlighting key achievements issues and upcoming milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly project status reports for the project management team and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications :

a. Education:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Project Management.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.
b. Experience:
1. 15 years of experience in project coordination preferably in the power generation energy or engineering sectors.
2.Proven experience coordinating engineering deliverables and managing stakeholder interactions.
3. Familiarity with combined cycle power plants EPC projects or infrastructure projects is preferred.
c. Skills:
1. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in project management software ( e.g. MS Project Primavera) and document management systems (e.g. SharePoint Aconex).Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
