الوصف الوظيفي
- Maintaining strong and rewarding relationships with both existing and prospective clients and any other stakeholders.
- Communicating project supply status to customers on a regular basis through exchange of trackers and/or emails.
- Manage product or service claims with customers as per guidelines.
- Assist in managing the projects team by being involved with key clients with the team members. Leading the team from the front.
- Identifying prospective projects through market research company database individual contacts or any other medium as may be necessary.
- Actively promote crossmaterial specifications.
- Excellent market knowledge and reputation in own territory
- Actively promote product range through seminars promotions presentations and exhibitions.
- Actively target competitor friendly to convert projects and loyalty company solutions.
- Follow upcoming projects.
- Ensuring that products are received and delivered correctly and ensuring that the instructions are contained in.
- Prepare and present expense requests purchase orders and vendor invoices for approval.
- All project planning data project schedule and as well as monitor the progress and report on agreed project milestones and product requirements.
- Provide customer feedback and market information sharing from all stakeholders
- Assist in conflict Management within the team and with clients.
- Give necessary feedback for customer credit risk assessment as and when required.
- Staff Management
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
- 23 years of experience overseeing project application works assisting with project sales and conducting site visits.
- Longterm experience in project sales.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
- Simultaneously.
- Personal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ready to travel for coaching purposes.
- Required to be a highly motivated team player.
