General Lab observation.
Monitors day to day laboratory operations of the laboratory and/or laboratory technicians in assigned area of responsibility resolving problems as they arise and (with the approval of the HOD/Supervisor) making changes as needed to achieve intended results.
Aiding the HOD/Supervisor & procurement department in the preparation of budget requests for supplies and equipment for laboratory needs.
With the consultation of the HOD/Supervisor prepares lab handouts and/or lab manuals with responsibility for accuracy of information and clarity of theory and principles to be demonstrated.
Maintains monitors ensures proper security of confidential information.
Quality
Lead quality control efforts overseeing the inspection and testing of raw materials components and finished products.
Ensure that all mixtures and solutions meet our corporate quality standards.
Verify the correctness of test results and processes maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Foster open communication with laboratory staff the factory and technical departments to uphold quality.
Play an active role in monitoring product quality aligning with standards and specifications.
Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) department in maintaining local product certifications.
Investigate product qualityrelated nonconformance and customer complaints contributing to effective solutions.
Conduct analyses experiments and tests interpreting results to inform decisionmaking.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and manage related administrative tasks including filling COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for raw materials.
Provide training to QC staff on new products and quality control testing.
Write reports for EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) related to product quality and development.
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Supervise the preparation of lab solutions samples and apparatus as required.
Assist in compilation of the PCP files for new projects as assigned by HOD/Supervisor .
General Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Employee in the discharge of his / her duties. To ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company is maintained at all times
