الوصف الوظيفي
- Translate interior design concepts into detailed accurate construction drawings including floor plans elevations and sections.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
- Address any technical design issues and ensure seamless coordination with consultants to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of interior materials and finishes.
- Ensure material selections align with design intent and client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in technical drawings and documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with design teams project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with design goals.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle from design through to construction.
- Provide solutions to design challenges that arise during construction or design development.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Experience in interior design or technical architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and documentation.
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical documentation.
- Comprehensive understanding of building systems (MEP structural) and their integration with interior design.
- Background in managing largescale projects.
Work Environment:
This role will require a combination of officebased work site visits and collaboration with internal teams and external consultants. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet clients review project sites and coordinate with contractors.
