Summary:
The InField Trainer will play a direct role in enhancing Infield Team Excellence by coaching Saudibased infield teams and supporting the development of their results by materializing soft selling skills in the challenger approach during the infield daily activities and providing constructive feedback based on their performance.
Major Responsibilities:
Accompanying the Product Specialists in their field visits to HCPs according to their Plans and providing the necessary coaching and mentoring for them.
Liaising with the Training Manager to improve conducted training effectiveness by reinforcing the (102070%) role and ensuring PS are practicing what they learned.
Attending PS onsite & offsite group meetings and other scientific activities held by commercial teams to mentor their presentation skills.
Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement for each PS related to Soft Skills and execute an action plan for development with defined timelines and clear KPIs to ensure gaps have been filled out completely.
Aligning with all internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of the PS development plan and provide constructive feedback to IFT Manager after the coaching field visits.
Reviewing and evaluating the progress of the new hires during the onboarding period in coordination with the training manager and providing relevant feedback that will help them in improving their performance and enhancing their skills & attributes.
Within specific areas of responsibilities support change management and communication activities such as change forums enhancement processes onboarding and the developmental program for the product specialists.
Supporting AbbVies financial objectives by enhancing the commercial teams learning capabilities and integrating support with routine job functions.

Qualifications :

Presentation and professional communication capabilities.
Ability to coach and provide constructive developmental feedback.
High business acumen and knowledge of commercial aspects.
Knowledge and experience with CRM SFE tools or systems.
Proper understanding of IFTe elements and ways of implementation.
Grasping of sales force effectiveness measures and KPIs.
Ability to engage with different brands playbooks and coach driving execution step by infield team members.
Experience:
2 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical experience at least 1 year within AbbVie.
Solid successful track of business performance.
Experience in working crossfunctionally or in a matrix organization.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
