Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead SEA Advisory. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the management consulting landscape in Saudi Arabia a passion for delivering client value and the leadership skills necessary to drive our firms growth and success. The General Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by securing new consulting engagements developing strategic partnerships and leading the firms business development efforts. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firms operations including client relationship management project delivery team leadership and financial performance with a particular focus on human capital development and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the strategic plan and direction for SEA Advisory aligning with SEA Ventures Group vision and goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Saudi management consulting industry with a focus on human capital and community engagement trends.
- Identify and evaluate new service offerings or market segments to expand SEA Advisorys reach and impact particularly in areas related to human capital development and community engagement.
- Effectively communicate the strategic vision and goals of the firm to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and clientcentricity within the firm.
- Business Development and Sales:
- Lead the firms business development efforts developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new consulting engagements building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new clients and expand existing accounts highlighting SEA Advisorys expertise in human capital and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations particularly within government agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client billing to ensure timely payments.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
- Oversee the delivery of highquality consulting services that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Oversee the successful execution of consulting projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the required standards.
- Implement project management methodologies to ensure efficient planning execution monitoring and closure of projects.
- Manage project teams providing guidance support and mentorship to consultants.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within project teams and with clients.
- Human Capital Strategy and Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of SEA Advisorys internal human capital strategy to attract develop and retain top talent.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters employee engagement professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee talent acquisition performance management and training and development initiatives.
- Champion diversity and inclusion within the firm.
- Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement a community engagement strategy to build strong relationships with local communities and contribute to social impact initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for SEA Advisory to partner with community organizations and support initiatives that align with the firms values.
- Encourage employee volunteerism and participation in community activities.
- Operational Management:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the firm including resource allocation knowledge management and quality control.
- Develop and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth project delivery and client service.
- Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage SEA Advisorys budget ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications :
- Essential:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a management consulting firm or a related industry.
- Proven experience in business development and sales with a track record of securing new clients and generating revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of management consulting methodologies and frameworks including those related to human capital strategy and development.
- Experience in managing and delivering consulting projects particularly for government clients.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Desirable:
- MBA or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with clients in diverse industries.
- Existing network of contacts within the Saudi government and private sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in designing and implementing community engagement programs.
