الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage the companys expansion plan.
- Manage store launching stakeholders (Operations engineering logistics etc)
- lead the brokers and guide them to find the needed locations
- Coordinate the internal expansion meeting and align with all team
- Follow up with landlords regarding the stores contract/ agreement.
- coordinate with the logistics team regarding the targeted location and manage the riders waiting area and parking area.
- Follow up with the legal team regarding the legal documents.
- Lead the store launching CPS/timeline.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- 35 years of experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc GSheet GSlides GForms etc
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.
- Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
- People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
