- Should possess the required knowledge & awareness of centrifugal pumps and/or other mechanical rotating eqpt and static equipment.
- Understanding customer requirements and aligning product offerings with them. Reviewing quotes from the principals drawings data sheets specifications bid clarifications TBE etc. to ensure that the proposal meets customers requirements.
- Negotiating directly with principals to get the best possible pricing and payment options.
- Preparing proposals for customers that detail pricing delivery schedules and other relevant information about products or services.
- Should be able to read & interpret GA drgsCS drgs Part Lists and have exposure to Aftermarket business.
- Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure orders.
- Expedite Followup Track orders from placement through delivery.
- Inspect goods upon receipt to ensure that the standards of quality are met and the correct quantity has been received.
- Contact suppliers/customers to resolve issues related to price quality delivery or invoice issues.
- Vendor Registration/ Product Registration/Approvals
- Ensure timely invoicing of the orders as per the milestone/payment terms.
- Should have knowledge of INCO termsShipping documents of Air freight/Sea freight
- Should possess commercial knowledge of payment terms bank guarantee LC etc.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on aftersales performance.
- Should possess working knowledge of MS Excel SAPARIBA and ERP systems
- Should be a selfstarter resourceful initiative taker to take the lead in job function.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
5 years experience of which at least 3 years in Inside sales
