الوصف الوظيفي
- Supervision and Management:
Oversee daily operations within the production and distribution departments.
Manage and lead a team of production staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Production and Quality Control:
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Oversee inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and packaging.
Coordinate with the procurement department for timely ordering of supplies.
Manage finished product inventory and ensure accurate and timely distribution.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and execute operational strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
- Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with other departments such as Sales Marketing and Customer Service to ensure smooth operational flow.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry preferably in ice cream or dairy manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production processes quality control and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in ice cream or dairy manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
