Main responsibilities will include:

• Develop maintain and automate comprehensive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial excellence and distributor performance.
• Extract clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Prepare regular and adhoc reports to support strategic planning sales performance analysis and distributor management.
• Support the team in identifying market trends growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Analyze distributor performance and efficiency metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing distributor networks inventory management and sales effectiveness.
• Support the development of distributor training programs and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify areas for process improvement within commercial and distributor management functions and recommend datadriven solutions.
• Participate in crossfunctional projects aimed at enhancing business processes and system capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders including commercial leaders sales teams and distributor partners to gather requirements and provide insights.
• Train business users on best practices for utilizing Power BI tools and reports.
• Continuously enhance and optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.

About you

• Bachelors degree in business administration Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business analyst role preferably within a commercial or distributor management function.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience in the MedTech industry is a must.
