Senior IT functional Analyst- KSA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Functional Analyst to join our IT Governance Unit (ITGU). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing IT service management practices aligning IT services with business needs and driving process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills IT service design expertise and the ability to manage key relationships with internal business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks based on ITIL best practices.
  
• Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into IT service improvements.
  
• Analyze IT service performance metrics and recommend process optimizations.
  
• Support risk management initiatives; a Risk Management Professional certification is a plus.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with internal business customers to ensure service satisfaction.
  
• Contribute to IT governance activities ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Certifications:
  • ITIL Certification (mandatory)
    
  • Risk Management Professional certification (preferred)
    

Required Skills:

• Indepth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and business processes.
  
• Strong IT service design and management capabilities.
  
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  
• Strong analytical problemsolving and performance management skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT governance frameworks.
  
• Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow BMC Remedy).
