Talent Acquisition Section Head

NOK Human capital is hiring Talent Acquisition Section Head for one of the biggest Companies in the FMCG sector supplying agricultural commodities across the Middle East and North Africa.

Location:New Cairo

Job Scope:

Oversee the talent acquisition team providing mentorship guidance and performance

management.

Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational

goals.

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.

Analyse and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices in sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to identify specific hiring requirements and

develop tailored recruitment plans.

Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition matters.

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the teams capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field

2. Experience: 10 12 years in compensation and benefits roles with supervisory experience

preferred.

FMCG background is a must

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding Interviews and assessments methodologies

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decisionmaking.
