الوصف الوظيفي
- Maintain relationships with staffing agencies, temporary worker providers, and other external talent sources to supplement the company's direct hiring efforts for warehouse operations roles.
- Oversee the performance of the recruitment vendors and 3PLs ensuring their ability to deliver the required needed headcount on the right time and SLA.
- Forecast and analyze warehouse operations staffing needs based on production plans, seasonal demand, and business growth projections
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to reach qualified warehouse operations candidates.
- Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain teams to align staffing plans with the company's strategic objectives
