Responsibilities

Provisioning Accounts and Infrastructure for Veeam Deployments (Veeam S3 GUIs etc.).

Installing and configuring Veeam Backup and Replication and other Veeam solutions for customers.

Troubleshooting Veeam Backup and Replication and other Veeam products.

Ensuring that sales & customer requests are attended to in a timely manner and follow appropriate procedures.

Manage multiple onboarding projects prioritizing work against aggressive timelines.

Work closely with customer IT teams to ensure proper deployment of services.

Answering customer queries arranging onboarding/project dates with partners & clients communicating with customers pre and post project delivery.

Qualification

• 3 5 years of combined experience in backup and business continuity cloud technologies or as a technician administrator engineer or helpdesk team member e.g. SaaS IaaS DRaaS BaaS.
  
• Experience with Veeam products and services with a strong focus on Veeam Backup and Replication.
  
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills particularly with time management and attention to detail.
  
• Selfmanagement skills the ability to manage small projects from start to finish solo.
  
• Experience with common virtualization platforms such as: VMware HyperV and Nutanix
