Client expectation:
Content specialist to keep Knowledge Mang Hub updated and pruned to improve service
delivery (PSPs SOPs updated) and further support the operational excellence of FBO;
BPMN 2.0 process mapping developed for all processes
Transform Documentation library into a Training Program. Someone to manage training
development and roll outs
Professional Qualifications & Skills:
A graduate/MBA (preferred) with 5 years of experience in outsourced environment
Exposure to Google Products will be added advantage
Should have worked in L&D/Communication roles
The individual is expected to demonstrate:
Structured thinking and ability to work under tight timelines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Should be able to work under general supervision with limited review of work needed
Should have created product support plans standard operating procedures in the past roles
Should have been involved in high visibility training/communication roles involving different teams and
departments
Develop Good understanding of E2E cross vendor operations program to be supported
Learn about product and services program has to offer
Deep understanding of program quality and cross vendor quality initiatives.
Deep knowledge of product support plan documentation version changes and approval status
Exposure to working with international business partners directly
Analytical and inquisitive mindset with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Shift hrs (3:00 PM IST to 12:00 PM IST)
Areas of Responsibilities:
Work with the team on creation update of product support plans.
Work with team managers in ensuring accuracy of support plans. Be the final authority before product
support plans are shared with product managers for approval
Help onboard new product managers on to the product support program. Provide visibility to services and
support offered
Works with managers to address learning issues instruction problems or new educational needs regarding
specific employees or worktype
Review CSAT outputs quality scores and product manager escalations to develop program level learning
and development initiatives for output improvement
