About the Role:

As the SEO Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth strategy for our company.. This position requires a deep understanding of search engine optimization content strategy and technical SEO to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Execute and Measure SEO Strategies: Create and implement SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic search visibility directing targeted traffic to the website enticing visitors to sign up driving revenue and measuring performance.
  

• Develop and Implement Programmable SEO Strategies: Leverage programmable SEO techniques to create deploy and optimize SEO campaigns that are adaptable and scalable.
  

• Utilize AI Tools for SEO Optimization: Integrate and utilize AIpowered tools for keyword research content optimization and performance analysis to enhance SEO effectiveness.
  

• Optimize OnPage Elements: Possess a strong background in optimizing onpage elements such as meta tags headings URL structure and internal linking to enhance search engine rankings.
  

• Backlink and OffPage SEO: Specifically focus on acquiring highquality backlinks from authoritative websites managing offpage SEO activities.
  

• Optimize Copy and Landing Pages: Enhance copy and landing pages to improve search engine marketing performance.
  

• Keyword Management: Continuously identify expand and optimize keywords to improve search engine performance.
  

• Implement SEO Recommendations: Research and apply search engine optimization recommendations to enhance website visibility.
  

• Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor advertising links to stay competitive.
  

• Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices.
  

• Recommendations for SEO Improvement: Suggest changes to website architecture content linking and other elements to improve SEO rankings for target keywords.
  

• Technical SEO Audit: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues.
  

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven SEO Experience: A minimum of 25 years of proven experience in SEO.
  

• Performance Marketing Understanding: A solid understanding of performance marketing conversion strategies and online customer acquisition.
  

• Analytics Tools: Proficiency in website analytics tools including Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush or Moz.
  

• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
  

• SEO Expertise: Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  

• Stay Updated: Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  

• Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
