The Role:
Gameopedia is looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our next growth phase. The role requires a candidate who will be highly motivated selfdirected and able to thrive in an atmosphere of ambiguity and rapid development while also fostering an environment of multidisciplinary collaboration innovation and creative problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with endtoend recruitment activities including sourcing candidates creating and posting job ads on various platforms screening CVs managing interviews and overseeing employee onboarding.
Host recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify future staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Create and distribute internal communications.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data.
Assist in planning coordinating and executing company events as required.
Ensure confidentiality of all HRrelated documents and business matters.
Respond to internal and external recruitmentrelated inquiries providing assistance as needed.
Required Skills:
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication.
Experience in IT recruitment.
Dependability responsiveness to feedback and ability to follow instructions.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Ability to meet individual and team deadlines in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proactive with the ability to thrive in situations of ambiguity.
Experience: 3 years of relevant IT industry experience.
Education: Any graduate degree A HR degree is a plus.
