الوصف الوظيفي
Ideal Profile
- B.A. or B.S. in a technical discipline or business is required
- At least 3 years of managerial experience with 2 years of experience in medical devices servicing is required
- Strong technical project leadership and supervisory skills are required
- Problem analysis & resolution skills are required
- Team player with strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Strong management coaching and mentoring skills are required
- Ability to work independently with only occasional guidance is required
- The ability to make effective management level presentations and write formal reports dealing with departmental metrics is required
- Experience in setting up of medical device Service Centre is highly preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment highly preferred
- Experience in various processes such as manufacturing operations supply chain distribution and logistics is preferred
- Process and equipment validation experience is preferred
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) / ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations are preferred
- Understanding of information technology to allow utilization of new technologies to meet business objectives is preferred
- Track record of providing service for medical devices is preferred
- Some travelling (both domestic and international) may be required
