B.A. or B.S. in a technical discipline or business is required
At least 3 years of managerial experience with 2 years of experience in medical devices servicing is required
Strong technical project leadership and supervisory skills are required
Problem analysis & resolution skills are required
Team player with strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Strong management coaching and mentoring skills are required
Ability to work independently with only occasional guidance is required
The ability to make effective management level presentations and write formal reports dealing with departmental metrics is required
Experience in setting up of medical device Service Centre is highly preferred
Experience working in a regulated environment highly preferred
Experience in various processes such as manufacturing operations supply chain distribution and logistics is preferred
Process and equipment validation experience is preferred
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) / ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations are preferred
Understanding of information technology to allow utilization of new technologies to meet business objectives is preferred
Track record of providing service for medical devices is preferred
Some travelling (both domestic and international) may be required
