Job Title: Enterprise Operations (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the development and of operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage crossfunctional projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Lead efforts to identify and address operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decisionmaking and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in an operations management role preferably in a large enterprise setting.
- Strong understanding of operational processes performance metrics and resource management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other relevant software.
- Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
