Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough business analysis and requirements gathering
• Creating detailed documentation of business requirements and functional specifications
• Identifying analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope
• Participating in solution design and validation to ensure alignment with business needs
• Performing gap analysis and impact assessment for proposed solutions
• Facilitating communication and understanding between business and technical teams
• Assisting in user acceptance testing and validation of developed solutions
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of new systems or processes
• Providing ongoing support and analysis to optimize business processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent documentation and presentation abilities
• Solid understanding of business processes and workflows
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow diagrams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and evolving priorities
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
