Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the region.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of Sonal Panel products and services.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features benefits and usage.

• Client Servicing:

  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm relationships.

• Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market opportunities.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales customer information and related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven sales experience of 2 to 4 years in a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of Sonal Panel products and industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
