Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive health insurance sales.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting health insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
- Train and support bank staff to crosssell health insurance products to customers.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to policy issuance and aftersales service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance ensuring growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in banca channel sales preferably in health insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with banking partners.
- Targetdriven with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in insurance or sales will be an advantage.
