Work location: Phoenix AZ /NYC NY (Onsite)

1. Strong understanding of Basel Regulatory Capital framework; exposure to US regulations is preferable
2. Experience into both Basel Standadised and Advanced approaches is required including demonstrated knowledge to subject areas of Market Risk CVA Risk Counterparty Credit Risk in additional to Credit Risk
3. Product Ownership Agile/ SAFE certified
4. Participate in daily meetings and drive prioritization within scrum teams
5. Elicit and document technical business requirements via the creation of features and user stories
6. Work with complex cross functional teams: Engineers Architects governance & business partners
7. Develop understanding of Oracle infrastructure and existing processes and datasets to understand and support Point of Arrival (POA) process design
8. Closely collaborate with users to understand the pain points requirements feedback and provide them with timely resolutions
9. Understand business requirements product gaps/requirement gaps and drive feature choices
10. Design and build ongoing data process controls by collaborating with Technology and Data Governance as needed
11. Manage program blocking issues anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints
12. Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts including exposure to BigData and Cloud environments
13. Excellent Communication Skills; Verbal Written
