• Communicate with various laboratories (Indian and Foreign) for funds allocation payments arranging inspections etc.
  
• Define the test plan for all products (RM and FG) and ensure its compliance for all the analysis being performed in third party labs.
  
• Collection of test reports and preparing the MIS with all data points.
  
• Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO 17025 standards in the lab.
  
• SOP preparation for all laboratory analysis in compliance to the revision in the international standards and ensure its implementation at all levels.
  
• Identification and standardization of key QA QC parameters for all laboratory analysis.
  
• Maintaining the stock details of all the chemicals and glassware in the lab.
  
• Specification & CoA refinement / New specification sheet & CoA development
  
• Packaging Material analysis as per IS 1964:2001 and ISO 21898.
  
• SAP operations for quality department related inputs.
  

Requirements

• BSc/BTech or MSc/MTech: Agriculture Chemistry Botany Food Technology Microbiology Biotechnology or Biochemistry
  
• 24 years of proven experience
  
• Basic computer knowledge with excellent command on MS Office Suite.
  
• Robust understanding of data collection/accumulation analysis report generation.
  
• Knowledge of all sophisticated instruments like GC LC Spectrophotometers etc with understanding of sample preparation.
  
• Hands on experience of GLP implementation in labs Knowledge of ISO 17025 implementation.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills (Write/Speak) in English and Hindi
  
• Proactive approach with eye for details and willingness to learn.
